    Oxford Bank Corp. posts improved fourth quarter, 2009 earnings

    OXFORD, Michigan — Oxford Bank Corp., an Oakland County-based holding company of Oxford Bank, saw improved earnings during the fourth quarter when compared with a year earlier.
