Teen shot and killed at Saginaw housing complex

Saginaw Police detectives are investigating a Saturday afternoon shooting at the Birch Park housing community that left a 19-year-old male dead. Officers arrived at the housing community, 3000 Birch off Hess on Saginaw's South Side, about 1:30 p.m. after the department's ShotSpotter picked up shots fired in the location. Tenants at Buena Vista Township apartment complex still waiting for OK to come back after Friday fire

Buena Vista Township firefighters and two other agencies spent about three hours Friday night battling a fire at the Vista Villa apartment complex. Annual Saginaw PRIDE Christmas parade "much larger" this year

About 20,000 people showed up this morning for the 29th annual PRIDE Christmas parade, organizers say. “I thought it was a wonderful parade,” said Jeanne Conger, coordinator of PRIDE, or Positive Results in a Downtown Environment. “It was much larger than last year.” Conger said the estimated 20,000 people was about double what the organization usually expects. “The weather... Harrison teen arraigned on charges he burglarized two Harrison businesses
