Drake on ESPN 970: Training camp 'pretty doubtful'

Dallas Drake is bringing the Stanley Cup to Traverse City in September, but that doesn't mean he'll be joining the Red Wings for training camp.

"Well, we'll have to wait and see," he told Casey Ford and Bill Blohm Friday on ESPN 970-AM's the SportsPen.. "It's pretty doubtful."

The first-time NHL champion should receive the Stanley Cup on Sept. 1 and will host a "meet and greet" in Traverse City around that time. The details of the event are still being worked out, he said.
